Help!

Can anyone help me? I have been trying to install new macOS versions to no avail using Open Core Legacy patcher. No matter what I do or how long I scour the internet for answers and fixes, every time I attempt to create a bootable installer, I run into countless issues. as soon as I fix one another arises to impede me efforts. I just wish for an expert on such matters of some sort to take time out of their day and help me. Preferably via Discord, FaceTime or Zoom, etc. to give me live input and find solutions. I am trying to get into the IT scene and am trying to learn everything about how these machines work and how software operates. So as a last resort and out of pure desperation I reach out to this community. Please help me.
