I am an idiot and need help now

I own an Imac 27" late 2012 model. I installed OCLP last year to update to Bigsur, now I upgraded to Sonoma within Macos but I didnt update OCLP first. Installation seem to have worked but now MY system is in a contineous loop now, Does anyone know how to fix this?
