Hacintosh issues

I’ve been using this setup since Monetary and currently on Sonoma 4.1. I have updated the efi’s and everything from time to time. I have built my own efi using opencore. Lately, i have been getting this glitch. The system is not idle, some or the other thing is always going on.

Any idea what might be causing this glitch? Anyone has experienced this? Any suggestions will help.
