Hackintosh High Sierra - Wifi worked during installation, but not when Mac OS is running

Hi everyone !

I made a hackintosh using Mac OS 10.13.6 (High Sierra - 17G14033), Ryzen 5 1600, Nvidia GTX 1060, 8Gb RAM, Intel Centrino Advanced N-6205 (wifi card), and Realtek PCIe GBE Family Controller (ethernet card).

The installation run successfully, he could connect to the wifi during the installation, but as soon as I reboot on the installed Mac OS, there is no wifi at all : only Ethernet. I'm using Airportltlwm.kext, and what's strange is that the wifi worked during the installation.

Do you guys know how could I make the wifi work again ? I've been searching on the Internet for half a day and found nothing useful. I'd like to avoid reinstalling the Hackintosh if possible...
