Apple keeps making ARM based CPU - is this (almost) the end of hackintoshing?

Well, the title says it all,

Hackintosh is a process where you install MacOS (Apple's OS) to a Non-Apple product.
When you want to do it, some of the necesarry parts is taken from apple real devices itself.

Now, apple real device is starting to use their own chip, you can't get that chip @ any other brand.
and with that statement, is this the end of hackintosh era? Or is there any chance they will go back with intel X86_64 chip?
