Editing my config.plist after install breaks my Hackintosh…

Hi!

I’ve successfully installed Big Sur on my ThinkPad X230. Everything is working except for a few things, which I added kexts for in the EFI partition. Then I went into ProperTree and did an OC Snapshot, saved and closed. When I restarted, my Hackintosh refused to boot and I can only get it up and running with the original EFI folder. Am I doing something wrong?
