am using a Dell Precision Tower 5810 With an Intel Xeon E5 1607 v3 And an NVIDIA Quadro K4200 video card This PC does NOT have an iGPU.

I already installed macOS Big Sur, and it got hung up at Less than a minute remaining. In the past, a restart would work. It still shows up as macOS Installer however.

Right before it is finished turning on, it does a restart because of "No Port Micro Restart (we don't support SMC on this platform)" and shuts down. What does this mean? I have VirtualSMC.kext obviously
