Keeps Crashing and Sleep is super loud Big Sur

Hello,

So far my Hackintosh has been the computer I have always wanted, its been very fast and responsive. However, whenever it's in sleep mode the fans would be spin super fast and stop for a while than start again and be continue doing till i wake it up. To top it all off, it would randomly restart for no reason. Sometimes I take a lunch break and when i return see that windows is there.

it has a AMD SAPPHIRE Nitro+ Radeon RX 580 8GB, 32 gb of RAM, Asrock Z270 Pro4 motherboard with a kaby lake i7 processor. Currently running Big Sur
