So Catalina works but not High sierra?

I dont know why but im trying to boot into mac os High sierra and im getting very wired results.

My efi works fine with Catalina, but with High sierra, it doesnt like to boot into. For some reason RST with optane does however bring it to the install mac screen, but it wont detect any of the internal drives so i cant install it.

Achi on the other hand set as my boot mode leads me to this.
