Catalina 10.15.3 - App Store doesn't work but iCloud, Music and TV does

Any suggestions? Tried cleaning cache folders and restarting but didn't work. Also tried changind my SMBIOS but no results.

My Apple ID is logged in and Apple Music, TV and Podcasts work out of the box.

There is no errors. I open App Store and my login popup shows up with my email, I type in my password, it closes but does nothing.
