Hackintosh won't boot without a graphics card

Hello, I'm a bit at loss - I build my Hackintosh around 2 years ago. MSI Motherboard, Intel 8700K, iMac 18,3 SMBIOS.

My graphics card (Radeon VII) need to be replaced - when I try to boot without a graphic card, I get a kernel panic at the last part of the boot. As far as I can tell it's related to AACPIPlatform. I can't start in safe mode or without injected kexts. If I try to boot with my USB installer, the same thing happens.

If I start with another graphics card, it boots normally.

Is there any way to easily let the system know it needs to use the UHD 630 instead of an integrated graphics card?
