Optimizing Power Management - a bit lost

https://dortania.github.io/OpenCore-Post-Install/universal/pm.html#cleaning-up

I have a X99 6800K, I'm a bit lost when it comes to this part in the guide, I'm using fewtarius/CPUFriendFriend

This is what's showing in Terminal:

Current Board: Mac-7BA5B2D9E42DDD94 Current SMBIOS: iMacPro1,1 Current Frequency Vector: 1 of 1: 00 (000 MHz) Enter the new min hex freq (800Mhz would be 08, 1300Mhz would be 0D):

I think my Core Min is 1100mhz, it's not on the Intel Ark but in Intel Power Gadget it shows my Core Min as 1.1 so I'll go with that. So my Hex value is B so I enter 0B.

It spits out CPUFriendDataprovider.kext a plist and alma and dal file:

In the Dortania guide is says to EPP: Energy Performance Preference in the CPUFriendFriend app, but I can't set this for 1 broadwell-E doesn't support it, and 2 . it's not even adoption for me? So a bit lost there.

And then there's Performance Bias but it's not an option for me as well.

What am I doing wrong?
