OpenCanopy GUI not working?

Just got my Hackintosh setup yesterday and things have been mostly working fine but I can't seem to get the OpenCore GUI showing up.

I've done the following:

• Binary files in EFI/OC/Resources
• OpenCanopy.efi in EFI/OC/Drivers (and in config.plist)
• PickerMode External and PickerAttributes 1 in config.plist

Upon rebooting I'm greeted with the same text picker as before.

My theory is that it has to do with my GPU configuration; I have a GTX 1080 and a WX 4100, the former disabled with SSDT-GPU-DISABLE. The two are connected to the same monitor via DisplayPort and HDMI respectively. Normally when booting, the text picker and all the verbose are displayed by the GTX 1080, which eventually end on a "gIOScreenLockState 3" error. At this point, I switch input, and macOS works just fine through WX 4100.

I tried switching to WX 4100 at the text picker and there doesn't seem to be any output.

Also sometimes the OpenCore boot option disappears and I have to go into BIOS and select the UEFI of my USB stick.
