Is someone working on an ARM Mac emulator?

Tried hackintoshing and went back to Windows because going through all that hassle just for Xcode to make iOS app projects isn't worth it.

Best if I just bought an old Mac, but that's a last resort.

I wonder if someone is working on making an ARM Mac emulator, but one of my friends who's an Apple employee said that's unlikely because if they could there would be an iOS simulator by now instead of something that just uses Apple's.

I wonder if a beefy CISC CPU like my Ryzen 7 can emulate a powerful RISC CPU like the A12X if given enough system resources.
