So I thought I would share how I was able to get this done and finally working properly. So Specs:

-i9-10900 (you will see why htis version instead of the K variant once you read the case)

-Asus Strix Z490I-Gaming

-G.Skill 32gb CL14 3200 (16gb x 2)

-1tb 970 Evo NVME (windows)

-1tb SK Hynix S31 Gold

-NZXT H1

-MSI 5700 XT EVOKE

-M.2 adapter for wifi card (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07R3XVD54/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o03_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1)

-BCM943602CS (ebay)

-Ipex connectors (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B087C7DZK7/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o02_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1)

I started trying to do my own config based on the guide and well I thought everything was correct. I banged my head on the wall for a couple of days trying to change things around and such and found out a few things. The MSI card I had did have issues with install. I needed to use a RX 580 so I went and used that for the install. Because the initial install with the 5700xt had let crumbs in my system I didn't do a NVRAM reset which was my fault and didn't even realized this until I got the system installed. Well I searched around to get answers to why my build wasn't working and found 2 things that was very helpful. One was this person's setup: https://github.com/jergoo/Hackintosh-ROG-STRIX-Z490I basically same motherboard just different CPU and video card and this post: https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/344053-install-macos-catalina-on-mobos-serie-400-with-intel-10th-desktop-processors-using-opencore-bootloader/

That post on insanelymac helped me install the OS on my system without issue and then used the github of Jergoo to further clean my system. Now it is all working just fine. Also with the native card airdrop works like a dream. I had put the adapter into the second slot of the m.2 and ran the ipex connectors under the front panel of the case so the connectors are underneath the case and you don't see it at all. All in all a great and useful mini PC/MAC that is pretty powerful. Good thing with Intel hacks is that Adobe apps runs without issues unlike my Ryzen builds even with patches it was still buggy.
