Not seeing my OS drive in Bios boot sequence but works if it's the only drive in the computer

Hi,

I've got a strange issue, all of a sudden my opencore Hackintosh no longer sees my oxs drive in the boot sequence and goes straight to windows when I turn it on.

Both my nmve drives, one Windows and the other OSX show up in the Bios and if I take out the windows drive from the motherboard the OSX boots fine and works well

I've tried changing the priority in advanced settings but when I switch back to easy setting it's not showing it in the boot sequence.

This leads me to think theres something wrong with the bios and not the drive or install

Any ideas?
