Can't connect to internet from Windows

Hello there!

I just successfully installed MacOS Catalina on my ryzentosh. I used OpenCore and followed Dortania's guide. Everything works well so far.
Strangely enough, my issues are coming from my windows partition, it simply won't connect to internet.

Configuration:

1. Motherboard: Gigabyte B450 Aorus Elite
2. Processor: Ryzen 3500
3. GPU: AMD Radeon RX 5700

Case 1:

Fast-boot OFF

CSM OFF

Secure-boot OFF

Above 4G decoding ON

SATA Mode: AHCI

HCI/XHCI Hand-off ON

Results: MacOS boots fine, Windows boots without internet

Case 2

Fast-boot OFF

CSM OFF

Secure-boot OFF

Above 4G decoding OFF

SATA Mode: AHCI

HCI/XHCI Hand-off ON

Results: MacOS freezes randomly during boot, Windows boots with internet

Case 3:

Fast-boot OFF

CSM ON

Secure-boot OFF

Above 4G decoding ON

SATA Mode: AHCI

HCI/XHCI Hand-off ON

Results: MacOS freezes randomly during boot, Windows boots with internet

This morning I did a fresh install of Windows 10 with a bootable flash drive with the BIOS settings from case 1. Same result.
