Stuck at "Pausing 5 secs..." - Dual Xeon Westmere Board - help!

Hello all!

I am trying to load Hackintosh on the following specifications:

• MOBO: Super Micro X8DTL-iF ATX MOTHERBOARD, LGA 1366
• GPU: AMD Radeon 580 4GB
• CPU: 2 x Xeon L5640
• RAM: 24gb ECC
• HDD: 1 TB
• SSD: 120GB

My EFI system: Clover (BIOS)

On my USB drive, I have loaded the Mac OS recovery installation, my EFI is attached, I have turned on KernelCPU, and all the C states of the CPU in the clover configurator.

I have never encountered such a difficult Hackintosh to get Mac OS on, any help is greatly appreciated.
