Cursor too large at specific resolution

I have been having the weirdest bug on my Intel+Radeon OpenCore Hackintosh over the past few days and figured I would post here to see if there's something I'm missing:

TL;DR: At one specific resolution and display setting, the mouse cursor in Mac OS is too large and I can't fix it for the life of me. Yes I realize this is a dumb problem, but it is more frustrating than you might realize and perhaps the most frustrating part is I cannot fix it no matter what I try.

A few days ago I added a second display to my setup, and about a day later I noticed that the mouse cursor was larger on my primary display than the secondary (both are identical LG 4k displays running at 2560x1440 HiDPI on a Radeon 5700XT). This only occurs on one display, and not the other, despite them being the same model. If I disable HDR, switch the display to 1920x1080, or even rotate it 90 degrees, the problem vanishes. If I even use the MacOS ctrl+scroll zoom feature and zoom in slightly, the problem vanishes. It is somehow tied to this specific resolution setting, and I can't figure out how to fix it. I of course went into system preferences and played with the cursor size and disabled the "shake to increase size" feature. I've tried deleting all display and universal access plist files. I've tried restoring from a backup. I've even tried a fresh install! The problem remains. The only troubleshooting steps I can think of that I have not tried is a fresh EFI/OpenCore and clearing the CMOS on my motherboard. Using SwitchResX, I tried a bunch of different resolutions and it only persists at 2560x1440 HiDPI (at both 30 and 60 Hz, however). As far as I can tell, for some reason the size of the mouse cursor for a specific monitor at a specific resolution got increased somehow, and now I cannot decrease it. All other UI elements are normal size, such as scroll bars etc.

I realize this is the smallest of first world problems, so if the answer is I should just suck it up and disable HDR so be it, but I figured it was worth asking since I am losing my sanity trying to fix it and it weirdly seems to persist throughout software reinstalls and be tied to the specific display itself. I believe it must be tied to the hackintosh in some way since it persisted through a fresh install.

I'm using essentially the standard setup for OpenCore Graphics (Lilu + WhateverGreen) if that matters. Thanks in advance for any help!
