Stuck at a string of ++++ (plus signs) on vanilla install. Tried everything found on the web without any luck. Please help!

[My hackintosh build]

Motherboard: GA-Z370 aorus gaming 7 CPU: i9-9900T es Ram: Single channel DDR4-2666 16G (XMP Profile disabled) Graphics: iGPU only (Intel UHD 630 on Coffee lake) SSD: Intel 760p 512G Hard drives: WD 2T + Seagate 1T (legacy models with unclear model nos) WIFI: Broadcom 94360cd + BT4.0 (worked on other builds for years)

[Associated UEFI settings] Intel vt-d: disabled SATA mode: AHCI

[kexts] virtualsmc Lilu Whatevergreen AppleALC AtherosE2200Ethernet IntelMausiEthernet SMCsensors (4 bundled)

[EFI drivers] ApfsDriverLoader HFSplus AptioMemoryFix/OSXaptiofixdrv/OSXaptiofix2drv/OSXaptiofix3drv (All failed as described below) VirtualSMC

[Config.plist flags] -v -darkwake=0 -slides=0

[Symptoms and attempts] After booting up from a cloverefi usb installer (macOS 10.15.1) and clicking on the install icon, my build ends up in a black screen with a line of +. If I choose any of “OSXaptiofixdrv/OSXaptiofix2drv/OSXaptiofix3drv”, two lines of words saying something about an efi driver (can’t remember precisely now) showed ahead of the line of plus signs.

All attempts were stuck here. I can’t figure out why as some other guys posted about their successes with the same motherboard and settings at ease, seemingly at least.
