Weird graphics after a heavy load

So, i've managed to install Mojave and it is almost stable, but after a heavy graphical load (Mostly on chrome) like watching multiple gifs (Does not happens watching videos), a lot of icons and texts glitches like the picture.

• CPU: i7 3537u
• GPU: Intel Graphics HD4000 + GT740m
• RAM: 8GB
• Motherboard/Laptop model: Asus S46CB
• Screen(s) Number: 2
• Screen(s) Resolution: 1366x768 (Main display) / 1360x768 (Secundary display)
• Audio Codec: ALC270 (Could not make it work with AppleALC, using VoodooHDA)

I already created a dsdt patch for proper power management on my CPU, and my graphics are enabled by Lilu + WEGE.

Any idea on how to fix this?
