Upgrading Current Hackintosh

Currently on 10.10 Yosemite and looking to upgrade as I recently purchased a new camera and my RAW files unfortunately no longer load directly into Lightroom without upgrading to Lightroom CC.

As we know, the Adobe CC suite is not compatible with Yosemite so here we are. I have been on an old tonymac (SIN) since forever, but I am looking to go Vanilla of course. I recently learned, through much trial, that my current GFX card is not Mojave compatible. My current setup is as follows:

Intel Core i7 860 Gigabyte GA-P55M-UD4 (F9) NVIDIA GTS 250 1GB G.SKILL ECO Series 16GB DDR3 Intel 545s 2.5" 512GB SATA III SSD

Are any of these parts worth keeping or should I just scrap and build from scratch? I am thinking my SSD, RAM, and i7 are okay, but will need to update my mobo and gfx card. I am looking to really just use Lightroom CC, Premier Pro CC (lightly!), and general browsing otherwise. If I can keep some parts, I am looking for whatever I need to make it a pretty simple vanilla install.

Thanks!
