Struggling with Triple Boot after installing Ubuntu

I can't seem to figure out getting Clover to work properly after I installed Ubuntu. I have 2 drives in my machine, 1 solely with macOS and another with Windows, Ubuntu and a few backup macOS partitions. Now I pulled my macOS drive and installed Windows on the other drive. Then reinserted the macOS drive. I then feel I made a mistake by not taking the same precaution with Ubuntu and installed it while the macOS drive was in there. Ever since I haven't been able to get my macOS EFI entries to show up. I just went through the process of wiping my macOS SSD drive and restoring the whole thing and recreating the EFI. But still same result, my BIOS doesn't see my EFI. Weirdly I booted with only a USB and the SSD drive in and the only EFI entries it sees is Windows Boot Manager and Ubuntu, which isn't even present on that drive.

Does Grub install somewhere that renders the EFI on another drive inert? Anyone insight someone might be able to offer would be appreciated.
