Hackintosh Mojave Install Loops on Sandy Bridge System

Hello, I am trying to install MacOS Mojave on my PC. The system had previously had Windows and macOS Yosemite installed without issues, but I have since wiped the drive and failed to install Mojave.

The system is running a ASUS Sabertooth P67 Motherboard w/ an Intel i5-2500k (Sandy Bridge). I'm following tonymacx86's guide.

I changed my BIOS Settings to "Optimized" and disabled USB3.0, including flashing the latest BIOS version. I created the drive using UniBeast in both UEFI and Legacy Mode with and without the NVIDIA patch. The first install is successful, but it reboots before it reaches the progress indicator and brings me back to Clover. I use Clover and enter the boot drive again, only to see the install progress again at ~15 minutes. This time, it would approach around ~1 minute remaining of the install and reboot. It goes in a loop and starts at ~15 minutes again. I had initially thought this was part of the normal install process, but it keeps doing the same thing 5+ times. I see some people online have similar issues, but I'm not exactly how to pinpoint it or follow their instructions. I believe it is because my system is running Sandy Bridge instead of Ivy Bridge or newer.

I tried changing my SMBIOS tag in Clover before booting (from iMac14,2 to 12,2) but it instead brings me to a X logo when trying to boot the install drive again.

Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks so much in advance.
