Mount EFI Hard Drive Partition During Rescue Boot?

Thanks so much for these guides, using the Vanilla rescue guide I was able to get back into my borked up Mojave system after a failed CLOVER update.

I'm still unable to get my main installation to boot, even using the CLOVER on the rescue USB key, so I'm wondering if there's any way to mount the EFI partition of my main hard drive once I get into the rescue system using the key...Or, if my system isn't booting using the Clover on the rescue key to boot my actual hard drive, are my problems bigger (problems started with 4788 and the latest Mojave system upgrade).
