Having trouble with sleep

Specs: i5-8600k, Gigabyte Z370N WiFi, 16gb Ram, Sapphire Pulse RX 580, 1.25tb Fusion Drive over 970 EVO 250GB m.2 NVME and 1Tb 860 EVO SSD

Just switched from 18,3 to 19,1 and now my hack isn't sleeping properly. I was really happy that everything was seemingly working perfectly with 18,3 but I decided to switch so that I was using the SMBIOS native for coffee lake. When I set it to sleep, it sleeps like it should but moments later everything comes back to life. I am slightly confused as to why it's not working with 19,1.

After the switch from 18,3 to 19,1 I recompiled my USBMap.kext but I didn't do it from the start... I just went into the USBMAP.command script and using the ports as they were already configured, re-exported the .kext file. Was this incorrect? I also validated the USB Power Settings and it told me that both EC and USBX are set up properly. The one item I'm slightly unsure about though, is this line:

Checking USBX requirements

- iMac19,1 not found in IOUSBHostFamily.kext - checking for USBX

--> USBX device found: USBX@0

Checking pmset -g, here are the results:

Currently in use:

Anyway, thoughts on how I can trouble shoot this? Thanks!
