Installing MacOS Mojave on Dell Optiplex 390

Specs: i5 2400, 8 GB RAM, and the rest is whatever comes in the basic Dell Optiplex. I only changed the HDD to a SSD.

Initially I was getting a cancel or stop sign, then I added boot options and I am getting this:

(boot options were: dart=0 nv_disable=1 -v GraphicsEnabler=Yes kext-dev-mode=1)
If anyone knows any good tutorial or has done this before, let me know!
