Hackintool 2.6.9 not generating framebuffer patch

Using Hackintool v2.6.9 doesn't seem to be able to generate any Device patches.

Using an older version I had lying around (1.8.0), I am able to generate a patch.

Is this some sort of glitch? Or am I missing something extremely obvious here?
