I'm trying to fix a graphics card on a Fujitsu P2560 (D3041 Mobo) and needed to reinstall. Now, with all the same options selected and same kexts, none of my USB ports work. I can't even login. These are all USB2 ports and I have tried them all already. Any ideas to get it working?
