OSX install on Prime z270-p tips

Im looking to get OSX installed and running on my z270-p motherboard, my system also has a EVGA 1080TI in it. I'd like to know if anyone has any tips on whats the easiest way to get OSX installed and working fully on my system. I should add that I don't have an existing OSX system to create a bootable USB drive but I know there are things such as Olarila that looks like I can create a bootable image from within Windows.

I have an NVME in my system currently for windows and I plan on adding a separate 1TB SSD to run OSX off of and would like to have the option to boot into either. Any tips on what the cleanest way is to get OSX installed and working fully?

I have another question as well, Ive previously ran a hackintosh but gave up when an update basically broke my graphics. My question is, when OSX updates are issued, with all the possible system configs, whats the safest way to see if your system will break because of the update??
