Lenovo Thinkpad X1 Yoga 3rd Gen can't boot to Installer

Hey Guys,

since a few days I'm now struggling with the setup of my Thinkpad 3rd Gen, but I still can't boot into the installer.

I always ran into the following error:

Failed to bootstrap path: path = /Library/LaunchAgents, error = 2: No such file or directory

Endpoint has been activated through legacy launch(3) APIs. Please switch to XPC or bootstrap_chech_in(): com.apple.bsd.dirhelper

And I can't get this solved.

I've tried now multiple guides (RehabMans great Laptop Guide, multiple ThinkPad X1 Yoga Guides), but nothing helps.

Now the basic hardware-information for you:

Thinkpad-Model: Lenovo ThinkPad X1 Yoga 3rd Gen

CPU: Intel Core i7 8th Gen

GPU: Intel UHD 620

RAM: 16GB

SSD: Is the stock nvme SSD from Lenovo (I heard different thinks regarding this Drive, some say it has to be switched, some say that it works)

Screen Resolution: 2560x1440
