I Have Clover Installed with MacOS High Sierra on my PC, but how do I add Windows 10 to the boot options ?

Hey, I fiiiiiiinally got MacOS High Sierra on my PC, but uh I don't have windows ATM, but how can I add Windows 10 to one of the boot options in Clover ?
