Hope you're all doing well! I'll attempt to make this as succinct as possible.
Current situation is that I can verify the chip works flawlessly under Windows 10.
In macOS Mojave 10.14.5, it shows Bluetooth as working and that it's looking for devices to connect to, however this is not true. No pairable devices show up at all and the laptop is not visible to my phone.
WiFi is my priority. When opening the network pane in system preferences, it is completely blank. If I click the + button, the network pane closes back to the main preferences page, with an error message sliding down from the top. If I click "edit locations," and create a new one, no mention of a wireless connection comes up.
I have AirportBrcmFixup.kext, BT4LEContinuityFixup.kext, BrcmFirmwareData.kext, BrcmPatchRAM2.kext, FakePCIID.kext and FakePCIIDBroadcomWiFi.kext placed in EFI/CLOVER/Kexts/Other. Under system report, navigating down to Network and then WiFi, it seems to recognise just fine that the card is installed.
Any help would be so much appreciated. The laptop works perfectly other than that 😁
