Vega 64 fans not spinning?

I just finished my first Hackintosh build.

I did a vanilla install following the instructions from the side bar. Ended up with the following kexts: Lilu, WhateverGreen, AppleALC, USBInjectAll and VirtualSMC.

However, my Sapphire Nitro+ Vega 64 doesn't seem to have its fans spinning at any time.

Are there any kexts that I should include or remove for this card?

I know a lot of people have trouble with the fans on this card, but I haven't seen a lot of posts about the fans NOT spinning.
