[Thinkpad E490] Configuration from ThinkPad E480 doesn't work for High Sierra. What to change?

Hi everyone, Complete noobie here. I am trying to figure out whether I will be able to install Mac OS High Sierra on my Thinkpad E490, but cannot find any tutorials online. Thinkpad E480 seems to work: https://github.com/aliyoge/Hackintosh-ThinkPad-E480 The main difference seems to be that the E490 has CPU i5-8265U, while the E480 has i5-8250U. My motherboard is

• Manufacturer: LENOVO

• Version: SDK0J40709 WIN

My gpu is Intel UHD Graphics 620 (Whiskey Lake), which seems to be the same as the E480.

What changes do I need to make to get this to work? I am booting from an USB stick, and I've copied the files from that github repo to the EFI partitition.
