Is Hackintosh controlling my VCore settings?

I have a Hackintosh, installed and configured following this tutorial: https://github.com/cmer/gigabyte-z390-aorus-master-hackintosh

The EFI folder is similar - i only have one more kext - VGTab which controls my Vega64 Fans.

This is my setup:

• Gigabyte Z390 Aorus Master (bios F8)
• Intel i9 9900k
• 64GB 3000MHz Corsair Vengeance LPX Black
• 1 x Sapphire Vega64 Nitro+
• 1 x Samsung 970 EVO NVMe M.2 1TB - Mojave instalation
• 1 x Adata 120GB SATA SSD (Clover/EFI boot volume)

The CPU is overclocked to 4.9GHz on all cores at 1.290v. However, in HWMonitor i get Vcore values from 0.8v to 1.44V which is actually pretty weird. Is Hackintosh, somehow, overwriting my bios settings, is this even possible?
