Ryzen Hackintosh - Storage issue

Hello all,

I managed to get High Sierra up and running on my Ryzen PC Build using the clover method mentioned in the videos below

The issue I am having is getting my storage drive to work.

I have 2 drives both m.2 but one is SATA and the other is PCIe . The PCIe drive is 250gb and works fine. I'm running high sierra on it now. The SATA drive wont work. It was working before but it was read only because it was windows formatted. I went into disk utility to format it for mac and I keep getting erase process has failed.
