Monitor not found // Boot issues

I just finished building my Hackintosh, and everything was running smoothly. Tonight I turned on my computer and my monitor wasn't working in any of the DP ports or HDMI ports. I tried all the basic reset suggestions to no avail. I tired resetting the CMOS as that seems to have been a fix, but it didn't help, it just caused more work setting up the BIOS. I figured maybe my AMD driver needed to be updated. Taking my GPU out and plugging the cable into my Mobo does cause the computer to register the monitor. Unfortunately I cannot install the driver while the GPU is not installed.

I've tried changing the display priority from PCIe to IGFX, which doesn't make a difference. With the GPU installed if I spam del when booting my bios opens with no issues. I get get to clover but once I've chosen to boot into PC the circle spins for a few seconds and then it looses signal to the monitor. Opening the mac side causes "couldn't allocate runtime area" which I assume is a result of a missed step when resetting up the BIOS after clearing CMOS. I'm near my wits end at this point, and am out of ideas, or reasons why this happened to begin with.
