I can't update my macOS VM from Sierra to Mojave

So I updated my macOS VM from Sierra to Mojave, and I'm stuck at this screen. Rebooting it thrice or more will fix it, but it will still be in Sierra.

I used these commands after I created the macOS VM:

I also read that I should disable audio, which I did, for better performance.
