Finally, I can get 60fps all the way up to 3840x2160 (and in HiDPI 1080p) on my Samsung U28H750. With HDMI 2.0 (would not work on GTX 980 - even with patch). My half-price DisplayPort1.2 cable DID NOT WORK AT ALL, under ANY OS!!
Got my entire PC reassembled and it is so quiet I need to listen closely to tell if it is on !
