So I got my Sierra installed with a vanilla install using Clover. I have FakeSMC and my ethernet kext in /EFI//EFI/CLOVER/kexts/Other/ and everything except sound works which I know I need to install but that's later.
Booting from the USB is no problem. Booting from the hard drive gets me stuck at "system uptime in nanoseconds". I've installed Clover on the hard drive and set the config to boot without any flags except verbose mode because I don't need any flags.
What am I doing wrong?
