Why when i mount my efi in ESP Mounter Pro and unplug the usb flash drive, my F12 boot menu shows only Windows Boot Manager not Opencore?

When i mount my efi in ESP Mounter Pro and unplug the usb flash drive, my F12 boot menu shows only Windows Boot Manager not Opencore. I am using Acer Aspire E5-576 Series 1TB HDD, Intel i3 Core 8130U Processor, 6gb Ram. Also, when i go to bios and try to create a boot option by file i select the opencore.efi and when i run it, it shows Windows. Please help i am using Intel UHD Graphics 630
