macOS only uses display that the OpenCore Boot Picker was on

Hey!

I have this issue with my laptop which results in macOS only using the display on which the boot loader was on. If this is not clear enough, here's a video: https://youtu.be/dUFTrjwoUWg?si=q2IZSmdg5Ovd2mNp

This results in me having to quickly close the laptop's lid during POST in order to use my main display, but I want to use both.

The colour issues on the built-in display are known and unfixable for me.

Specs:
CPU: Intel Core i5-8250U

GPU: Intel UHD Graphics 620 // NVIDIA GeForce MX130 (turned off)
RAM: 8GB
External display: Samsung SMEX2220
Laptop Make: Acer Aspire 5 A515-51G

macOS Ventura (Sonoma was weird during install, will upgrade soon but it doesn't work on Sonoma as well)

Using OpenCore 0.9.9 DEBUG
