"Less than a minute remaining"

Macbook 8,2 with disabled dgpu.

I've tried every OS from Sonoma to Big Sur. Every single one gets stuck at "less than a minute remaining" and I let it go for 8 to 12 hours with zero progress

Tried it with the gpu enabled too and I get to the exact same spot overnight and nothing.
