Tried Monterey, never got to picker, Same with Catalina. Suggestions appreciated!

Followed Dortania guide/troubleshooting using OC 8.2 on Monterey 12.0

Tried generated, using Prebuilt SSDTs this time around.

Rufus method - 32gb drive

For a few weeks, then got OC 8.3 recently and still same issue -[EB|#LOG:EXITBS:START]

-monitor blinks and nothing happens, i left it on for 30 mins, monitor still on "standby"

Now trying Catalina 10.15, same issue.

BIOS settings followed accordingly -Dortania guide- Comet lake

Target PC is FRESH, never installed an OS on it.

Have not been able to get to picker/installer -any suggestions greatly appreciated.
