Lenovo IdeaPad C340 - would it be possible?

I'll say right away that I have very little experience with Hackintoshing, please excuse me for that. After installing Windows 11 and having some pretty jarring issues (yes I know I could use 10 but I want to try out something else on this laptop since I'd like to get more use out of it). I like the macOS user experience so I figured if it's possible, I'd like to give it a shot. The specs of the laptop are:

• CPU: Core i5-8265U
• GPU: Intel UHD Graphics 620
• RAM: 8GB DDR4
• Laptop model: Lenovo IdeaPad C340-14IWL
• Audio Codec: Synaptics Audio / Intel Display Audio (this is the most I can find)
• Wifi / BT: Qualcomm Atheros QCA9377
• Storage: 256GB NVMe SKHynix HFS256GD

This laptop does have a touchscreen, I can't find any information on it. It's not a big deal for me if the touchscreen won't work.

Would it be possible to Hackintosh with those specs, and if so, can someone point me in the right direction of what to start off with? Any help is appreciated, thanks!
