Upgrading macOS Simple KVM version

I installed macOS SImple KVM and it with the defaults it always pulls macOS Catalina. I want to install Big Sur but when i try to update the OS to Big Sir it ways freezes in the " Boot macOS Install Prebooter from Preboot " clover option.
