I was using the same setup and build and it was working perfectly fine before, but I needed to make a fresh install because I was using a small SSD.
The system boots and when I click in continue on big sur recovery a message appears saying that “the recovery server could not be contacted”
Is there any fix for that or just wait for apple servers?

Note, Apple has temporarily removed Big Sur from the Recovery Catalog Expect Apple to resolve this sometime after the holidays
