I was wondering if there are anything better than base mbp 13 for the same price, also would I be able to dual boot this laptop as I would be taking CS in Uni and don't know if my course need windows or not (also would be hopefully playing on the uni's Rocket League team so it would be handy for a portable version along side my PC)

Edit: would be hopefully looking for something with very minimal bezels, don't mind about ports, would like a touchscreen but beggars and choosers
