How to reduce rendering times in hackintosh?

I have a UHD-630. I know it is not a super graphics card, but in windos it gave me better results.

I benchmarked a 3 minute video that I recorded with my smartphone. The video was rendered in Adobe Premire Pro 14.4.

In Catatina it took almost three times the time. Does anyone know any solution?
